چکیده
Many medicinal plants found in Africa, such as Dovyallis caffra, have been reported to contain various bioactive compounds, which reduce metal salts into their corresponding metal-based nanoparticles. In this paper, the evaluation of synthesis, characterization, and biological properties caffra-mediated cassiterite (SnO2) nanoparticles was carried out. The physicochemical synthesized material were investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive analysis (EDX), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM) techniques. characterization studies revealed that possessed a single tetragonal SnO2 phase, having cluster-like foam appearance an irregular spherical morphology with diameters ranging from 6.57 34.03 nm. screening prepared exhibited cytotoxicity against MCF-7 breast cancer cells, IC50 value 62.33 µg mL−1, better than standard drug 5-fluorouracil, 71.21 mL−1. radical scavenging potential nanoparticles, DPPH assay, showed it slightly activity ascorbic acid, common antioxidant. These results suggest possess simultaneously generate scavenge excess ROS, turn exhibition good antioxidant properties.

1. to determine whether difference in birth body mass influenced growth performance in pipistrellus kuhlii we studied a total of 12 captive-born neonates. bats were assigned to two body mass groups: light birth body mass (lbw: 0.89 ± 0.05, n=8) and heavy birth body mass (hbw: 1.35 ± 0.08, n=4). heavier body mass at birth was associated with rapid postnatal growth (body mass and forearm length) ...
Lymphocyte-mediated Cytotoxicity in Vitro
The ability of antisera to suppress immune responses either in vivo or in vitro is well known. A variety of lymphocyte-target cell systems have been employed to demonstrate inhibition of cell-mediated immunity by antisera in vitro, and skin, tumor, and kidney graft survival have been prolonged by passively administered antiserum in vivo. An in vitro lymphocyte-tumor cell assay system was develo...
